I am a fan of Bees: their sense of community, how they work collaboratively to contribute to the collective wellbeing of the colony and well honey, I love the natural sweetness of honey.
Bees have a cute little dance, called the waggle-dance which they use to communicate to other Bees;
the direction and distance to patches of flowers yielding nectar and pollen, to water sources, or to new nest-site locations with other members of their colony.
Within the busy-ness of life;

Are we too busy to take small moments to appreciate with gratitude,
The true beauty of our life?
The sweetness of the amber nectar which Bees create and the sting that they have:
Are reframing metaphors I often work with in sessions with clients who are dealing with a “sting" in their life.
The aim to heal and refocus on creating more of what is sweet and joyful for them.
Thats why all the Bees
As a reminder of our ability to reactivate our sweetness:
As we dance through this one precious life we are gifted with... 🌻 🐝 🔅
