WHY PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELLING ?

pathway leading to the desired change you are seeking.
Psychological counselling is a process of growth, healing and self-discovery.

In focussing on attending to matters you have wanted to for a while, you will discover that change occurs.
Working together in the counselling process, I seek to understand, clarify and promote behavioral transformation.
In encouraging an honest discussion about 'the heart of the matter' and working with you to guide and
support you through the changes you want to make.
